In my opinion when the question of " what's included " is brought up it should always be combated and presented with a menu styled package list showcasing the differences of a standard / maintenance wash, all things in-between, to the most comprehensive detail that's available. However I do believe the most import aspect is asking the client what is their main area of concern. Whether it's an interior job that requires shampooing or odor neutralizing to maybe an exterior job that needs undercarriage cleaning. Some customers may even be as peculiar in just wanting their engine bays cleaned up, in most cases these closed compartments are the most subject to neglect. Giving the customer power to discuss his concerns freely will only result in increased revenue whether its covered in a package or an a la carte preferred service.
