Navigating the waters of you….
If you are anything like I was a few years ago, then you might find yourself at a place where you are asking who you really are. Not the basics, like, for example, “Im a student, or “I’m a mom and a teacher”, but the deeper you. The core you. Who you really are at the core of your being. What inspire you, what do you yearn for in this life? What lights you up and drives your passion for living life? If you’ve ever asked yourself these questions then you will know, that sometimes you aren’t 100% certain about those things. Maybe these are questions that you’ve never really asked yourself before. However, if you truly want to manifest your most fulfilling and happiest life, then these are so important for you to understand. When I started on my self discovery journey, I found that journaling really helped me to explore my thoughts and feelings and get into the deepest parts of who I was. You can explore thoughts and feelings through journaling in private and without fear of judgement or criticism, and really just be free to express anything about yourself that comes up. Journaling really is a great way to process emotions and explore things about yourself in a more meaningful way. It also serves as a record that you can go back to and look at as many times as you want when you need clarity or you are working on changing things in your life and want to see how you have changed. I would recommend it to anyone who is working on themselves and striving to make productive changes in their life. About 6 months ago, I published a journal that gives you a list of really deep personal questions that helps you unlock the deeper parts of what makes you the person you are. It is the same list of questions I asked myself when I was just starting to really look at who I was, and who I wanted to become. It also gives you about 200 blank pages after the initial interview section just to write freely about whatever else you want to journal about. I’m going to post the link below if you are curious and interested in interviewing yourself at this level below. But, whether you choose to use this journal, or another one, I would highly recommend this process as you are getting started on this journey, it will really help you to figure out what you truly want and don’t want in your life, and can serve as an anchor as you navigate the sometimes treacherous waters of changing your life! Hope this helps!

Do you wake up every morning excited for the day and full of passion about all the possibilities of the new day??
If you answered yes to that question then you are one of the lucky few! So many of us feel like we aren’t where we want to be in life, stuck in a miserable or mediocre job, an unhappy marriage or relationship, or alone and wishing we could find “the One” who is meant to share life with us. We aren’t making the money or the impact we wish to make and deal with ongoing feelings of lack and scarcity. Worst of all, many of us doing feel like we are in control of our lives. We have an internal dialogue that tells us that life isn’t fair, or it’s too difficult, and that life happens to us, making us feel more like victims than victors. We feel helpless, hopeless, and stuck in a loop of being unsatisfied, but unsure of how to change things. If this sounds like you….I can relate. Up until about 3 years ago, I was in a miserable place. Fresh out of a breakup with my children’s father, whom I had thought was my soulmate, and suddenly a single mom of 2. I was broke, having left my social work job of 14 years only about a year prior to help my then partner with his business and be home with my kids. I felt like my whole world was collapsing, and that I was completely powerless to change things. I lost my sense of identity, felt like a victim in my life, woke up everyday with depression and crippling anxiety, and felt like a complete failure. After spending close to a year feeling sorry for myself, I looked in the mirror one day and told myself that enough. My kids deserved better than what I was giving them, and I deserved better than what I was allowing for myself. After sone deep soul searching and engrossing myself in learning about Spirituality , I finally found the path back to creating the life I wanted to live. I figured out who I truly was, ditched the victim mentality, and stepped into my power. The good news is, you can too! We are all born with a divine birthright to be creators and craft our ideal lives. We are meant to be abundant, experience the beauty of unconditional love, and have the kind of life that lights us up inside.
