my aunt was the public's darling so far as nursing went; to them she was an honest-to-goodness angel here on earth. she stood on stage, so proud, bold, and even a bit bonkers. 1,300 nurses singing her happy birthday during the day. 1 man, me, carrying her drunk shell of a self up the steps during the night. and i never drank again. any of ya'll would read that story?
Any ideas?
I want to drink less to help improve my health. I have several things going on that are affected by inflammation and alcohol is one of the top things that creates inflammation. My struggle is finding sober options w low carbs ( because I have diabetes). I’d love recipes if you have some!
