Hey Podcasters, here are some tips from an Interview with Barbara Zamberlan who works at Spotify in Brasil. Because it is in Portuguese I will summarize her tips & strategies for you here: - Unless it's content that makes a lot of sense to be fortnightly, I'd recommend at least weekly - try to be consistent with the upload day and length of content - followers + recent listeners will determine your daily rank on Charts My two cents: if you are a beginner try to test different content lengths + upload schedule. For example my clients audience barely listens on Weekends. We have almost no Impressions on weeekends. Therefore Monday is the day we upload. Some people listen to podcasts while they commute or at lunch break so 30mins can be a sweet spot. Some people may be overwhelmed by clicking on an episode that has +60mins of episode.

Hi everyone, I’m new to Skool and have just joined the pod school community too. I have a podcast called Taylor Talks Trades which is a podcast for trades business owners looking to grow their business and hear from likeminded trades business owners. I interview trades business owners or professionals who share their story of how they got in to the trade, where they are now and everything in between. The highs and the lows. I really like to have trades business owners on to celebrate their successes and share their story to hopefully inspire others to do the same or make the journey a little less lonely. The podcast has been shown in CDT classes to young people perhaps interested in getting a trade too. Besides this I have a multi-million pound roofing company, a solar pv and battery install company as well as a mentoring business where I mentor trades business owners to grow their business and help them to have a business that can operate without them.
