"New Project for 2025 - The Street 2 Shelter Project" ~ Helping Homeless Veterans to Get Back On Track How often do you find yourself walking past homeless people in your town or city? Have you ever wondered how and why they ended up living on the streets? Shockingly, the majority of those made homeless in 2024, were due to a relationship break up and / or lack of affordability to remain in mainstream accomodation. That's why The Street 2 Shelter Project has been created. The initial target is to Help ONE Homeless Veteran EVERY month from Street 2 Shelter. Each month, we'll help ONE Veteran permanently living on the streets of the UK, (Manchester area), into temporary shelter, then sponsor 'suitable candidates' into work and part subsidised accomodation, so they're able to begin to get Back On Track. Each Veteran will be sponsored by a New Consulting Client, where a % of their consulting fees, will contribute towards subsidised housing and a Get Back On Track Starter Kit for each Veteran that gives them the confidence to make the move from Street 2 Shelter. @Tellman Knudson I'd love to have a convo about this. It's a project I've been toying with, (& procrastinating on), for a while; but when I read your post, I decided to commit to it here and get the ball rolling.
