@Peter Kakoma they are in the office/available to answer the phone during business hours. After business hours they still get people calling but are not available to answer. Think a property management business that is available during the day to address customer maintenance requests but after hours if a customer has a leak they can still call and give the information vs having to wait until the next time someone is in the office
@Mike Fetherling thatโs kind of what I was thinking. So Iโd have to use their phone system to set it up to automatically forward to the vapi number outside of business hours?
Hey everyone Iโm about to open my agency and Iโm looking for options in witch country is better to open because of taxes, Iโm living in Spain but I do not want to open it here. Where do you guys open it? Or any recommendations? Thanks!
Why donโt you want to open it in Spain? Your home country would be best for simplicity and since you already know a lot of their rules. Unless you can hire an attorney/accountant for the country you are operating it seems like it would just add unnecessary stress
Hey everyone, Iโm working on getting my first client and have been exploring different deal structures that I could use. I was wondering how you all structure your deals to maybe get some inspiration on something I havenโt thought of. Do you have client pay one time fee, monthly fixed price, based on usage, etc.
@Ram Veeramony i am selling voice agents that collect caller info and can transfer calls. Just wasnโt sure how I should structure them because of open ai fees, vapi fees and the zapier subscription cost. Do you have any ideas?
