Hi - goal to compete in 2025 novice powerlifting event - squat,bench,deadlift. It will be my second competition. My first was 2023. I recovered from slight injury early 2024- then jumped into more cardio; but now ready to restart strength training / powerlifting. My challenge is nutrition.looking forward to being part of the Red5 Tribe.!
