Continuing to do well with my habit tracking. I've eaten a salad every day, and taken my vitamins every day. I stopped doing the leave a bite challenge when September ended. That is a good one though! Challenging!

Hi all!! I'm back in motion. I'm just gonna start posting with the How to Stop Binge Eating Forever website, because I can't wait any longer. :D Sometime soon, I'll transition to the more basic How to Stop Binge Eating, but for now, we're sticking with the forever one! :D Keep your eye out for emails and youtube videos coming up. Podcast launching whenever possible. How are YOU? (Also: my kids are off school right now for fall break, so it's been tough for me to manage it all :)

I got my salad in under the wire today, stopping at Chick Fil A to get one. That's where I'm at right now, but it felt good to check off another day, even if it came with a Diet Dr. Pepper! So far I've had a salad every day in October. My goal: check a salad off for every day this month!
September Challenge! Leave 1 Bite
Hi all!! I'm wanting to do monthly challenges! They will vary in length. This month, since there's only a few days left, we are going to do a "Leave 1 Bite" challenge for the rest of September. You will leave 1 bite on your plate at each meal, whether it's a salad, smoothie, hamburger, anything! And work with yourself to calm your thoughts around food waste, OCD, "might as well", etc :) Feel free to post about the discomfort you feel, and we can talk about it! Let me know how it's going periodically. I'm gonna do this with you! So my challenges right now are 1 Salad Per Day (indefinitely), and Leave 1 Bite Until Oct 1. Who's with me???? Comment below!

Had a salad for dinner. Left more than a bite behind. I ate all of my lunch, though. Totally forgot! I am so conditioned to eat every bit of food; this is such an interesting challenge!

I checked in here today and Iโ€™m excited to see so much going on! I had a salad for lunch today! I also do a smoothie every day and today I skipped mine in the morning because I was running late. So Iโ€™m going to make smoothies for dinner when I get home.
