I'm a fan of this rule. Once you think that as a leader you finished something, just try to do 10% extra. You can follow up a conversation in a month You can act just make things nicer Or You can share this back to others inside or outside your company Of course you are never done, but sometimes asking yourself this question can help you to see further.
