Who am I - Hi everyone, I am Swati, born and raised in India but now a Swedish citizen living in Amsterdam so truly a citizen of the world. 😃 What I do- I am an organisational development leader in IKEA and work with C-suite and their management teams on organisational redesign, transformations, leadership training and executive coaching (ICF certified). I have over 15+ years of work experience in India, Sweden, The Netherlands with colleagues from all around the world.
