Low number of options you can legally work with
There are only 394 Child Services Permit holders total that you are LEGALLY allowed to work with if you live in California or hold a California Work Permit. This includes all: Talent Managers Acting Coaches Headshot Photographers Videographers Vocal Coaches Dance Instructors Public Relations Career Consultants Performance Camp Instructors, etc. Clearly there are hundreds of service providers to minors who are non-compliant. After checking this link, I realized that some of our favorite industry people do not have their CSP certificate. They are highly recommended by other amazing professionals that we love. Ugh....
