This was one of my main takeaways from the mastermind event I just attended. Transitioning from "the 3 steps to get x result" to telling stories of transformation. People can get the information they need from ChatGPT. But ChatGPT can't move your soul. Only you, a human with a unique story and journey can light a fire in someone's heart. This is the shift happening now for coaches, consultants, agency owners... Anyone that solves problems online. With the great trust recession we are in this is great news. All of the hyper guarantee based offers really saturated the market. People are less susceptible to "offer based marketing." They want to follow people that are real, raw, and authentic. I'm realizing this more and more and it's exciting. The people in the room I was in are doing 150k/month plus and they are doing authentically. Building online businesses that are aligned with their values. They get to show up and build according to who they are. Not having to pretend to be someone else because it's "more marketable." Being 100% the real you and making 100k/month plus. This is the game I'm playing. I'm done with simply making offers because I think it will sell well. I encourage you to do the same if you want to build a business you enjoy and a life you love. Make the shift in your identity from one dimensional marketer to a leader. Your people will be attracted to you when you can show up this way. As a guide that can help them achieve the ideal lifestyle and outcomes you preach. This is really what I call a "Freedom Creator." It's the word that encompasses the type of business I'm describing. Whether you serve clients with done for you services, coaching, consulting, courses... You should be doing that as a leader and a guide through a personal brand.

There's something about having visual daily stimuli to keep you inspired and motivated. I created one on Canva and put it as the wallpaper on my cell phone. The key is adding images that really resonate with you. Not just some random photos. These all spark something in me to create more freedom in my life. 1. I want to be able to take my family to Hawaii for at least a month every year. 2. I want to be so wealthy I can give houses away. 3. I want to grow my YT because that = greater purpose and impact 4. Look at my stripe and see 118k in recurring revenue with 80% + margins 5. Be radically generous like Jimmy Darts and bless people daily. My goal is to give away at least 10k every month.
