Core Strength Benefit
Your core acts like a bridge between your upper and lower body. A strong core helps transfer the explosive power generated by your legs into the vertical jump! Also, for all the dunkers out there, the core is responsible for most of your spinning/360 movements. So if your wanting to be a high jumper, you NEED to have a strong core!!

Hip Mobility FACT
Increasing hip mobility will most likely add inches to your vertical jump! Stiff hips are🦘 a vertical jump killer!

Fun Fact: Did you know that plyometric exercises like seated jump, drop jumps etc... can boost your vertical jump by up to 10% within just a few weeks? WHEN DONE CORRECTLY!
