Crazy quote I heard on a podcast, paraphrasing here, "when you go out, you're borrowing happiness from the next day" This lowkey was a crazy quote and made me really think... damn ya. Even something as small as neglecting your nighttime routine like not getting enough sleep, quality sleep, and preparing yourself for the next day definitely borrows happiness from the next day. Don't get me wrong I very much support detaching from reality some nights to celebrate an accomplishment, or even getting through the week lmao, but I just thought I'd share.

Chronic stress can definitely mess with our appearance. Thanks for the science breakdown, Sam! This just reinforces the importance of taking care of our mental health. It's not just about feeling better, it's about looking and feeling our best. Men's mental health is at an all time low and yet it isn't a topic that is discussed enough. Modern media wants to speak about controversial topics like gender, sexuality, etc. While this may be important, EVERYONE'S mental health should come first, regardless of your characterization. Looking forward to that news letter to figure out how I can be my best self. 💪

I’ll go first: I want to get in the best aesthetic shape of my life. No more love handle fat. I want to build my legs. Might not seem like a difficult task, but exercise brings order to everything else in my life.

I WILL establish a routine unlike one I've ever had before. This routine will allow me to balance my exercise, nutrition, work, and lifestyle to be fully productive in every aspect of my life.
