@Zach Buchel we are very far north. Cold weather crops we can plant as soon as the ground is thawed (some years in April, some years not until late May. Warm weather crops get seeded or transplanted May long weekend or first weekend in June. We usually harvest mid September to mid October depending on the year. In June, we get dim along the horizon about midnight and it starts getting light out again at 3 am. Not quite the Land of the Midnight Sun but we are pretty close.

@Zach Buchel, they seem to because of long days of sunlight. Every year we do have to watch out for frost. This year was a weird one as we had frost every weekend until the middle of June which is extremely strange. Garden still was Amazing by fall harvest!
