1. Have you delegated your outreach? If not, then that's the first thing you have to do by either hiring a few VAs or Growth Specialists 2. How leveraged is your fulfilment? If you are primarily focused on DFY side of things (which I guess you are since you are running an agency) you have to hire a talents who will help you with it so you can have more free time and then once you are at like $30k, $40k/month, slowly start switching to even more leveraged fulfilment - DWY/consulting program 3. Start creating content. Long form, short form content, Twitter, LinkedIn everywhere where you can. You want to educate as many people as possible on the services that you offer + change their beliefs Do these 3 things and I'll see you at $100k/month If you have any questions, let me know happy to help!

@Vairag Vora all good bro, you're welcome
Update - $10k/month
I wanted to give you an update on my journey. Currently, I am working with one client that I closed in January. In January, I generated $3650 in revenue, but unfortunately, I didn't generate any revenue in February. I sent 1800 Instagram direct messages (DMs) and booked seven meetings. However, I didn't close any new clients in February. One thing I've noticed is that when you do cold outreach, it takes around three months to convert a client. So, for the meetings I had in February, I plan to engage with those prospects regularly and eventually close three of them in the next three months with a 100% success rate. I was considering hiring an appointment setter, but many people suggested that it's too early to do so. So, I'm not sure whether I should go for it or not. My plan for this month is to stick to one strategy and not get distracted by different options. I will continue reaching out from Instagram and have already started posting content on LinkedIn and doing outreach from there as well. I will start posting content on either YouTube or Instagram, but I'm not sure which one yet. I'm also working on building a product that I can share with my prospects to gain their trust.

How to Reduce Sales Calls No-Showing?
Just closed my first client a couple days ago, but out of the 12 appts that I’ve booked only 5 showed up, I send them a text reminder 1hr before the appt and also call them the time of the appt. What are some good ways to reduce no shows, heard of offering a bonus to incentivize them to show up but how do you structure it exactly? All these calls were booked from Facebook DMs, I don’t schedule them more then 5 days out and I’m in the remodeling/home improvement niche btw

1. Warm them up before the call by sending them an evergreen VSL which explains more about what you do & how you do it and handle all of the potential objections 2. Email sequence - you need to have 4-6 emails sent to your prospect before the call (with links to your case studies, testimonials and normal reminders) 3. Confirm the appointment manually. Just text them on the platform where you booked them saying: "Hey name, just confirming we are still good for the call at x time?" Another really important thing is your profile, how much of an authority are you in your niche because for example, when @Matt Shields books a call from IG (just giving an example) his show up rate is going to be way higher than when you book a call on IG even if you used the same messages etc... Why? Because he is an authority in the industry and people respect him more and because of that the show up rate will be way higher I hope that helps!

We have all heard about it... Everyone is talking about Skool now because Hormozi recently announced that he made his biggest investment yet into Skool.com I've seen a lot of posts, comments and videos about it, but no one talked about how to actually MAKE MONEY with Skool. So I created a 24-minute training going over the simple 5 step process I will use to add an extra $30k - $50k/month with Skool alone. Comment "Skool" and I'll send it to you for free (only for the next 24 hours)
