Do you guys suggest broad vs interest targeting on new ad account?

Does anyone here have experience with running twitter ads? I've never done it before, if anyone could recommend a good course or something please put it in the comments.

i signed a client but never done service fullfillment....what should i do?

So for context my service delivery is mostly inbound + youtube ads, both of those things take quite some time to start getting results. Thats why ive decided on a refundable upfront fee of 500-1000$, its refundable if they stay the full amount of 6-9 months. But in order to get results they have to put in effort on their side aswell... Is there a way i can structure the contract so that they are incentivized to do the work? Any advice would help thanks.

I need to filter some lead lists by cold calling and want to hire a VA to do it cuz it takes way too much time. Do you guys have any recommendations for a VA that is cheap but expensive enough to handle a task like this?
