I have a question. My mom passed on on 2024, after her death, we found out that she inherited parts of her brother's house. All the other parts sign their part over to one of het sister but she didn't know about her inheritance. I was appointed that time as her executor. The her sister died and her son and his family stay in that house. Can I claim. They forces me to sign off but I didn't up until today. Can they son transfer that house without me knowing
