I've meditated for a couple of weeks on Dr. Joe Dispenza's theory book "Supernatural". Does anyone know more about meditation audios to help recondition the body to a new mind? Can I use both Sin Nim Tao practices simultaneously to elevate to freedom, bliss, and wholeness, and change the brain to gamma waves?
