What are your weekly goals?
Good morning everybody! What are your goals this week? They can be personal, professional, and anything in between. It can be as simple as not snoozing your alarm in the morning, getting out of bed no later than 10 minutes after you wake up, or even hitting the gym 3 times and running 3 times this week. P.S. those are just a few of my small weekly goals. Small wins become big habits, it can be really hard to take a step back and objectively view your current self. Doesn't mad if your a "good", "bad", "lazy", or whatever other label you have had placed on your kind of person. Small improvement 1 day at a time. So what are your goals????

Hi team, sorry I am playing catch up right now. My goals are below Personal: Personal growth, I have spent so much of my youth and adulthood applying the military lifestyle to my life where I completely forgot how to live as a civilian. Making changes in life right now has been a challenge, however, my transition at work as a civiluan has helped me tremendously so my goal is to continue to grow personally, accept reality, face and overcome challenges head on and live the life I choose in a peaceful, simple way I can comfortably have Professional: I had six goals in mind coming in to work as a leader; 1. Get feedback from coworkers under me abd do something to fix problems they have 2. Observe their hard work, appreciate them and make sure they know I acknowledge their hard work 3. Challenge them to grown and be there every step of the way to support them 4. Show them that I care for them as people, not just as workers 5. Learn about their goals, ambitions and career path and help clear their paths to progress and success 6. Trust, empower them and always stand up for them and protect them. *****I have accomplished most of them and still working on each one*****
🛠️ Monday Morning Attack Plan! 🔥
Happy Monday, team! 💥 It’s a brand new week, and that means new opportunities to crush your goals and make progress! 🙌 Let's start strong and set the tone for the next few days. Here's how we’re attacking the day: 1. Set Clear Intentions: What’s your #1 priority this week? Write it down, stay focused, and block out time to make it happen! 2. Own Your Time: Schedule those deep work sessions, avoid distractions, and keep yourself accountable. The more intentional you are with your time, the more productive you'll be. 🕒 3. Stay Consistent: Momentum is built with consistent actions. Start small if you need to, but don’t stop. Keep pushing forward! Success isn’t built overnight, but one productive Monday at a time. You’ve got this! 💪 Let’s make it a great week, Human Ops! 🚀

Yes indeed!
Why Human Operations?
https://www.omnihr.org/post/integrating-hr-with-business-operations-for-sustainable-growth A strong foundation and sustainable growth come from HR and Business Operations working together. People Operations is a business function that focuses on the employee experience. It's a strategic approach to managing a workforce that aims to empower, engage, and retain employees. The concept of 'Human Operations' is not widely recognized or used so I’m excited to coin and champion it as my own brainchild! Human Operations integrates the strategic alignment of Human Resources with core Business Operations, creating a holistic approach to drive company growth. It goes beyond traditional HR, focusing on optimizing people management in sync with business processes to build a solid operational foundation. This framework ensures that every aspect of HR—recruitment, development, compliance, compensation, and more—works hand in hand with business objectives to scale efficiently and effectively. In a world where scaling adds operational complexity, Human Operations is about simplifying that complexity while enhancing organizational success. What do you think about Human Operations?

In my perspective, I understand Human Operations in various complex ways in which humans manage, perform, utilize and optimize processes in different areas- whether it's business operations, healthcare, technology or in society. A few examples 1. Humans are creative and it enables them to bring solutions, innovation and efficiency when facing challenges using new technologies, automations and simply just utilizing creative ideas to improve their processes 2. Humans operations have a crucial ethical dimension. Decisions about personnel management, resources and technology often involves balancing the profitability or performance with fairness pertaining to employees well-being 3. In this new era, new technologies and AI/Automation provided more efficiencies and accuracy blended together with human operations to make better and more sound decisions, however, Human operations remains a very crucial and essential part of today's process in my opinion, especially when it comes to business operations taken place where no automations is available. 4. Human operations evolve around society and its achievements. Without humans, managing workforces, performing tasks, logistics operations and even personal lives will be nearly impossible to exist without humans. We are cultivating mindsets to adapt to new technology to successfully manage, and perform our tasks and responsibilities.
