The concept of 'Human Operations' is not widely recognized or used so I’m excited to coin and champion it as my own brainchild!
Human Operations integrates the strategic alignment of Human Resources with core Business Operations, creating a holistic approach to drive company growth. It goes beyond traditional HR, focusing on optimizing people management in sync with business processes to build a solid operational foundation. This framework ensures that every aspect of HR—recruitment, development, compliance, compensation, and more—works hand in hand with business objectives to scale efficiently and effectively.
In a world where scaling adds operational complexity, Human Operations is about simplifying that complexity while enhancing organizational success.
