When it's too much for me to handle , I try to take a leave, let myself feel the sadness so that I can get rid off it at the end of the day

Forget the to-do list. Instead, try a not-to-do list for a productivity boost like never before! But what is a not-to-do list? A not-to-do list is an alternative to a traditional to-do list. Saying Yes to Every Request: Learn to say no to tasks that do not align with your priorities or goals. Make sure you're investing your time and energy in the right places 3. Multitasking: Avoid trying to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. often multitasking leads to decreased focus and causes burnout. Instead, concentrate on one task at a time. 4. Perfectionism Perfection is a myth. Striving for perfection can lead to unnecessary delays and stress. As Nike said, "Just do it" instead of trying to make everything flawlessly. Managing reactions when not in agreement with someone/situation is difficult!
Is it only me who finds it difficult to manage my reaction and keep smiling/ acting sweet while I don't agree with someone over something which I find is not genuine or reasonable or there are other who relate to me ? PS: Genuine/reasonable is a subjective term and I am talking as per my perspective 😀
