100 Uploads in 100 Days CHALLENGE! πŸ’₯
Hey all. πŸ‘‹ Starting this Monday (September 23rd), I'm posting one piece of content every single day for 100 days. 15 weeks. I'll track: 1. my starting numbers 2. my growth 3. lessons & mistakes 4. $ invested 5. my final results An upload can be ANYTHING... - YouTube videos - shorts - tweets - blog posts - podcasts - LinkedIn posts - emails - Instagram posts - etc The point here is to practice what I preach. I'm just going to follow Grindstone principles and have fun with it. If you want to join the challenge (or do your own version of it), here's the 100 Uploads in 100 Days Tracker. πŸ“Š And Head Coach @Colby McElrath (along with all of you) will hold me accountable. 🐻 Let the games begin. 😎

@Colby McElrath So far, right on track!
MIA for a little while
Don't miss me much. I may be away for a few weeks (hopefully not more than 2). I've already been away for one and none of it was planned. I caught a virus that has affected my hands. I was able to finally move my fingers again yesterday, so decided to check in. Nothing serious, just annoying. In the meantime continue to be kind and supportive to each other. And take care of DylanπŸ˜‚ Work tip from this experience: Some people work best with the stress of a looming deadline, but life happens, and emergencies happen. Having content ready to cover those gaps is key because disappearing from your audience will cause you to lose people. Out of sight, out of mind. Have a backup plan, try to schedule ahead, or have things that someone can upload for you if you can't. Remember consistency is key. Most of us are just starting to build a brand and even when we come back and explain, we may lose some that will not make it to the explanation. Love you all!

Need your input!
Hey guys! So, I had this free session with Dillan Taylor and it was very motivating! Since then, I've been working on my studio. There are still some missing pieces, like a few greneries, and something on the wall next to me... but so far, what do you think? Anything you think I should be adding? Just to remind you, I'm a trapper and I usually make content when I spend time in the woods... so I'm trying to built an appropriately looking studio for a trapper! (If that makes any sens).

On that top empty shelf, I would add something with the name of your show/brand
Progress Reports!
Hi everyone! Hope you are all doing awesome! Something I told myself I wanted to do in this group is build stronger bonds with everyone I meet 😁 After all, we are all on our own journeys, with our own obstacles, and chasing our dreams! With that being said, I think it’s important to see where we started and how far we have come. So what’s the latest news with you? As for me, my day job has been keeping me busy lol. It makes it difficult to come up with time and brain power to keep making good content with that β€œI would want to watch” mentality. But I keep trying. I’ve learned consistency and building those good habits are part of my journey. I’m constantly learning something new in my life and I can appreciate that. But I’m hoping with the next couple days I have off. I can sit down and really make a push on my YouTube channel. Because my goal is β€œto be better today than I was yesterday” I have to keep trying. To chase after my dreams! πŸ”₯ Remember, Don’t stop trying my friend! 😁

Hey Charlie in terms of content ideas here's a thought. I'm not sure what your channel is about but one thing I've learned during my short tenure is the following. Most of my content is educational. While I'm doing an interview and hear something that blows my mind, something I've never heard before, I write that down and start creating an episode around that topic. If I didn't know that information, that means others probably don't either. It doesn't mean I'm making episodes about the same thing over and over. It's more like a segue or going deeper into a subject. Let me give you an example. I made an episode about miscarriages and the guest talked about postpartum depression (most people only look at PPD after someone gives birth, but not for people who lost the pregnancy) Well now I brought someone who specializes in postpartum to talk about all of it; how it affects someone who had a live birth but also for someone who had a miscarriage. Sorry for the long ramble. I hope I made sense
I'm Shin :)
Hello everyone! I'm Shin. Half Mexican, Half Japanese (Not really relevant but fun fact about me) I've been working with content creators in the podcast space with creators like Ramon Berrios, Nik Sharma, Blaine Bolus and more doing newsletters, twitter content, slack community management! Super excited to be here and maybe add a bit of my experience with everyone!
