Hi, I’m Nathan I’m 17 and I was formerly on the Chilean national team but I’ve been injured for the past 2 years on and off, my main events are 50, 100 and 200 free. Now for me it’s the mental side of everything as I’ve spent years getting the physical side ready but neglected my mental side, so happy to be here and learn more 🫡
