get back to MMA, +60 sec handstand hold, quality controlled seated leg lifts (to do more ROM on chairs/bars), 8-12 pistol squats in a row feeling easier on both sides, & most importantly: consistent prayer in silence & 7.5-9hr+ sleep 🙏🙏

@Ah Huat Most definitely! Just wanted to highlight the importance of also not using "the lack of rest" to stop you from simply showing up to do the absolute bare minimum or even something laughably small, just to ensure you don't keep making excuses and end up never starting/continuing. Despite often being sleep deprived, I always do dynamic stretching and 5 pushups daily (in AM and throughout the day if I can (you always can)) which leads to more momentum, thus positively catapulting the rest of your day and other habits! Everyone always says it for these things we are trying to practice but imma say it again... start small!! (My experience): I have just recently realized that it is possible I may be struggling with training on consistent quality sleep due to the fact of my decade-long cycle of overworking myself on severe sleep deprivation.... Insomnia and racking up sleep debt had become the new norm for me so I overlooked how difficult it can be to overcome this, but I'm not letting it stop me. Glad to say I'm making some good small but consistent progress!

What is your current goal in fitness?
After my bulk I lost majority of my calisthenics skills because of the weight gain. Right now I'm training to achieve the one arm handstand. What about you?

My option: Lose that stubborn fat which means maintaining a sustainable cal deficit which also means staying consistent with my sleep sched 💪😭
