In suturing station if I asked about dirty wound what the action done , should I go to primery suturing after depritment and cleaningOr clean and let it open with daily dressing and abx till close by secondery intension or by delayed primery suturing when become clean

Dirty wound like abscessc: cleaninig , incision , Drainage,depridement,cleaning , then leave it open,dressing every day, and give antibiotics according to the culture and sensitivity .
