Hey everyone, Looking for some insight on an unresponsive tenant. She is a hold over as her lease expired on 6/30, refused to sign a new lease, and has made almost no effort to leave the property except stating that she will leave “eventually”. She has not paid for July and in NY the eviction notice is 90 days. Has anyone dealt with a situation like this before? I have contacted a lawyer to begin the eviction process but any tips or thoughts on how to potentially get her out of the property sooner would be greatly appreciated. Best, MM
