Who Should Provide ?
What do you think. Should man pay for everything, provide and protect physically his woman and woman should make peace in the house and make men cool down after stressful day ? Let me know your thoughts?

@Bruce Stark Yeah I agree. I think that if there's mutual respect between the man and the woman those "agreements" come quite naturally

Yeah a man should definitely provide for his woman physically and financially. I actually think it goes further than that. In my opinion, a great woman that you truly love will always be a big motivation to improve yourself just to be able to provide more

@Bruce Stark Sorry if it's going to be a long reply but I've faced these exact problems before and this is how I got rid of them: 1. Honestly the biggest things that helped me get rid of my fear of women (and just a year ago I was absolutely terrified of them) are: -Improving myself to the point where I changed my own self-image: this is probably the thing that gave me the most confidence, because by becoming undoubtedly better I started respecting myself more, I stopped feeling like I wasn't enough not just around girls but around people in general (which was something subconscious that I became aware of only after I shifted from fearing rejection to knowing that my presence adds value to the social situation I'm in) and I stopped caring about other people's judgement because I didn't need their validation anymore -Practicing more: for me, getting better around girls and becoming more social in general was one of my main goals in self improvement. And that helped me a lot, because I started to practice talking to girls more seriously. You'd be surprised how much just simply talking to 2 girls everyday can make your fear disappear in such a short time. I can say from experience that the first time I cold approached a girl at the beach (actually it was a group of girls, which made it REALLY hard💀) it was so frightening that it took me 40 minutes to find the courage to even say "hi", but the second time it was already much easier. The third time I didn't even think about it. So practice more and know that after you destroy the monumental fear of approaching a girl for the first time, it gets exponentially easier 2. Self image sometimes is a bitch and the reason why you sometimes "forget who you are" might be that you're "identity" which is who you perceive yourself as, is still corrupted by your past insecurities. Those insecurities are hard to deal with, even if they show up rarely and your identity is already strong. The best way to deal with it is to become aware of them. And for thatz the most powerfool practice that you can use is meditation, because it not only trains your mind to be stronger, but it also trains you to be more aware of your thoughts, emotions and insecurities. It made a very big difference to me and the type of meditation that I HUGELY suggest you to do is christian meditation (John Main method). Go look it up in the internet. From my experience, it's the most powerful meditation method, especially if you're christian like me. John Main wrote a whole book about it and you can find it for like 5€ on Amazon

I Thought I Was Eating "Healthy" Until I Learned This..
For the longest time, I thought eating healthy meant downing protein shakes and salads. But my results were always off. Turns out, I was overcomplicating everything. The real trick? Consistency. Eating simple, balanced meals, day in and day out, made all the difference. 150g of protein/ day, however many calories I needed at that time to bulk (3600kcal). THAT'S IT. Sometimes the easiest fixes are right in front of us, but we miss them because we overthink. Isn’t it interesting how small adjustments lead to big results?

Also eating whole foods and single-ingredients foods (like steak, eggs, potatoes etc) makes a big difference. Just focusing on macros and calories might be enough to hit your goals in terms of weight gain/loss but the health benefits of eating unprocessed, single-ingredient foods are huge, and you can feel it even in the gym. And it's actually REALLY simple to create a nutrition plan like that, you really don't a nutritionist or things like that unless you're competing in high level bodybuilding competitions
Communication
I have a problem. When i speak with people i know, i can speak to them with some confidence but when i start to speak with stranger, my confidence falls and voice sound low and shaky sometimes. How can i improve on this?

What helped me in my experience is having a very social friend. Not only will he put you in more social environments where you can practice your social skills, but he'll also teach you directly AND indirectly (meaning that you can learn a lot just by watching him socialize with others) how to confidently talk to new people. So try to find someone much more social than you and hang out with him sometimes. Also if you want to be confident around people you don't know, just improve yourself. One of the problems you might be facing is putting them on a pedestal or thinking that you're "not enough" to be liked by them. If you improve yourself you'll naturally gain the confidence to know that you're not below anyone and that other people's judgement doesn't matter. Hope this helps
