Imagine that when you finished a test and after you will notice that you thinking about the side effects of failing the exam and then you started to worry an about that . thinking about either side is good but when the limit is reached , it is not good for us .Overthinking may sound simple but it's very malevolent. overthinking will kill happiness , it makes us be in constant state of worrying and distressed , Think about it we are worrying for things that hasn't happened yet , we don't know what the future holds for us , remember overthinking only kills present peace not your future problem , Everything has it's own reason to happen , perform your duty and detach from it's fruit so that you won't worry about the result and you will start to enjoy the process , one way to overcome overthinking is that to control our minds because the one who has the control over mind can conquer anything , you can control your mind through meditation, workouts, yoga, and other physical activity .What you guys think share your thoughts ( and if my English is bad sorry for that i will try to improve 😅)
