Hi Everyone! I was curious if anyone has had luck onboarding clients into GHL related lore toward apartment management. Many functions can be helpful, but I see it more beneficial for loan officers and realtors and not so much for apartments. Would love to be wrong though 😃 @Jason Wardrop your extensive background in selling to real estate clients is welcomed here too! I’m sure you considered this. I’m open to affiliate or even product selling using GHL as a solution. Have worked in housing for 20+ years and would love to utilize this if possible. Cheers!

Has anyone figured out a minimum CTR for views on shorts? Just curious what the newer channels are seeing! @Jason Wardrop would you be willing to share what you think the landing pages often close for GHL leads that land on one of yours? Like for every 100 people that click from anywhere (shorts, TikTok, long form, or wherever — no need to specific — I’m sure that’s hard) and land on a GHL created landing page designed to get GHL sign ups, what rate of those people are you happy with sticking to GHL for 3+ months after sign up? If you are doing any affiliate stuff in Jason’s course, I’m also curious if those channels you’re getting a rough CTR and even signup rate. I’m not yet. Just starting when I’m back in town. Happy to share as I do post though. Not looking for exact science! Even if rate is low it’ll help me walk backwards into number of posts and channels I need to hit my goals over time. Appreciate it!

Been a follower (and not action taker until now) of yours Jason for a while. Curious why you chose to hold your school here in Skool vs other softwares. I'm sure you thought through the benefits of holding in GHL forever, and the limitations, and was curious what your thoughts were. I think for the GHL affiliate work and courses it's a no brainer to host in GHL. I've been a bit hesitant though long term as it it feels there's so many updates in all of GHL but the courses seem to be less quick suggesting it may be a side perk than an internal vision to compete with Skool, BuddyBoss, etc. where many e-course leaders live it seems. Any chance you have feedback or even insight on possible gamification or more involved e-course in GHL?!
