Help
I got a punch in the gut this morning when speaking with a Real Estate broker friend of mine about her business She is a broker inside of another locally owned & operated agency not like REMAX or Century 21. She told me her “mother” agency used KV core, which is available free for them and her broker partner used Brian Buffini & Company How can GHL compete against these companies?

Cloudflare
Jason, in the training you add the step of moving your domain from Godaddy to Cloudflare. Could you elaborate on this a bit. I don;t understand why it can't just be lef with Godaddy. Thanks

Hey Keith, Absolute great and valid question! The decision to move a domain from GoDaddy to Cloudflare, as mentioned in Jason's training, is actually a strategic one. Jason as you may be aware is the top GHL affiliate of all time. He literally goes fishing with the CEO, and they call upon him for advice and strategies. Wherever possible Keith, follow the steps and guidance from Jason as best you can. Of course you are free to have the last say in your business… but, to get the best results and set yourself up as Jason did, just use that strategy. Now Keith, while GoDaddy is a solid and popular choice for domain registration (I’ve personally used them for years) and hosting, Cloudflare offers some specific advantages, especially in terms of performance and security. However… Here's a bit of a breakdown: 1. Performance Boost: Cloudflare is known for its global Content Delivery Network (CDN), which can significantly speed up the loading time of your website. It's like having a series of expressways for your website data, making sure it reaches visitors faster, no matter where they are. 2. Enhanced Security: Cloudflare provides additional layers of security to protect against DDoS attacks, data breaches, and other cyber threats. It's like having a digital security guard for your website. 3. Free SSL/TLS Certificates: Cloudflare offers free SSL/TLS certificates, which are crucial for secure and encrypted web traffic. While GoDaddy also provides SSL certificates, they often come at an additional cost. 4. DNS Management: Cloudflare's DNS management is pretty robust and user-friendly, offering you more control and quicker DNS propagation times. 5. Cost-Effective: Depending on your plan and needs, Cloudflare can be more cost-effective in the long run, especially when you factor in the additional features and security it provides. That said, it's not mandatory to switch from GoDaddy to Cloudflare as mentioned earlier Keith. GoDaddy can still be a good fit, especially if you're comfortable with their platform and services.

Business Structure???
I have a question, how are most of you structuring your businesses? SaaS resale or white-label agency? Which is more profitable, easier?

Hey Vernon, That's a great question and one that lots of folks in the digital space mull over. The choice between SaaS resale and running a white-label agency really depends on what you're aiming for and what aligns best with your skills and goals. As mentioned previously, your experience is within Real Estate, 🏡 and a majority of agents will have some type of CRM that’s a rival to GHL. However, our in house expert (Jason) is a SaaS Legend, and used the white-label method for Real Estate 🤔 (I could be wrong 😬) SaaS Resale: This is often about leveraging existing software solutions, reselling them under your brand, and providing support to your clients. It's like being a tech store owner where you offer the best tools for specific jobs (as you already have an agency, that could be a good path) The profit margins can be quite good, especially if you manage to get a sizable number of subscriptions. However, it requires a solid understanding of the software, a knack for sales, and the ability to provide ongoing support. Of course you could use HL Pro Tools or Extendly, to get expert GHL support and become a God in your niche. White-Label Agency: Here, you’re essentially rebranding services (like marketing, web design, etc.) provided by others as your own. It's like being a chef who uses ingredients from various suppliers to create a unique dish. The key advantage is you can offer a wide range of services without being an expert in every field. Profitability can be high, but it depends on how well you manage client relations and service quality. As for which is more profitable and easier – it's a bit like asking whether it's better to be a novelist or a painter. Both have their perks and challenges. SaaS resale can be more straightforward in terms of product management, but it requires strong sales strategies. White-labeling, on the other hand, offers greater flexibility and can be more lucrative, but it involves managing multiple service providers and ensuring consistent quality.

@Travis Egan Pleased that you were able to find value too! What works for one, may not work for another… and what works for the client here, might not get the same results over there… But what is certain, is that our efforts or LACK of efforts and implementation WILL give us feedback! 💯 And that feedback will help us to adjust and adapt, go full steam, or automate and sit back… But at least it will help us to see if we are on track, or if we go back to the drawing board, to create a compelling campaign, that doesn’t get ignored! 💯✨🔥🚀🔥✨💯
