Can’t afford Mil-PAK? Try this…
I’ve had a piece of software for years called, snag it. I think it currently runs about 50 bucks. I haven’t been able to try it yet, but it looks like it will grab the VSM labels and resize them down to the 4 x 6 thermal labels or any other size you need. I will be trying it out this weekend. If anyone wants to see it, I’ll see if I can post the results here. Might be a good temporary for those that can’t afford the 400 bucks yet.

@Jason Yahner “they redid the labels…”, who? you mean during the inspection? Label Maker is almost ready in Loocey, I want to do some testing to see if need to change anything

Best Practices for Calculating Shipping Fees in Bids
Hey everyone, I’m trying to figure out the best way to calculate shipping fees into my bid. Do you typically use the shipping fee provided by the supplier, or if there’s no fee from them, how do you estimate the shipping cost? And what shipping service like UPS USPS etc. is the best to use in terms of pricing?

usually Fedex is cheaper. But check them all once you know the details, assuming you’re paying for the shipping, if not, dla will give you the shipping label, could be ups or fedex To calculate, you need the item dimensions and weight and multiply by quantity, add extra for container and packaging. Soon, we will provide NSN dimensions and weight in Loocey as well, but you can google for now.

@Dgbb Solutions yes, you can filter by FOB and Set Aside fields, not familiar with AMSC, is that a filter or data field in the contract? check this demo on the RFQ Research and filters https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VAhpY6DaU0Y
