Any CRM suggestions
Does anyone have any suggestions on a good CRM tool that they have used? Even after only a few days I can see the need for a tool to keep me organized.

Website essentials
What are the website essentials when selling products to the government? For example, do you believe it’s necessary to have a competency page?

I think those don’t matter as much for products, specifically for DLA. But if you’re planning on doing business with local agencies, it’ll help to have a complete website.
Finding description for NSN’s
Hey. Fam! Need some help. I have 8 NSN numbers to research. I know what the product is but the description does not provide color, price or characteristics of product (material used to manufacture the item). The contract officer reached out to me to assist with defining the cost of the product. I have hit a wall. I know the approved entity name and have reached out, I have requested a quote from other entities that claim to have it available, including NSN Depot. The quote requests have come back with a “no bid” response or have not responded at all. Short of driving to the approved vendors place of business (I have the address). What else can I do to find out the missing information?(price, color, product characteristics )? I welcome any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

maybe pickup the phone and call all the suppliers you found, even no bid ones, speak with the reps, maybe they’ll give you more info about the nsn, and potentially who else might have those in stock
