What I’m Working On
Still learning Procreate. This is an example of how I used Procreate to communicate with an architect this past week. Would Morpholio Trace be a better option?

@Chris Malcolm yes I imported the drawing into procreate. I erased out the section that needed clarification and then redlined using Procreate.

@Henry Gao thank you. If the landlord allows we like to paint the facade with our branding color which is a dark grey which is wrought iron 2124-10. Can I show color too

Hello Everyone
Hi this is Mike Messier! I am based in the Boston area. I am an Owners Rep / Project Manager for a national men’s clothing retailer. I work closely with architects , contractors and landlords to help open stores. I also assist my son with his business, Heritage Custom Woodwork and Design . Heritage designs and builds custom cabinets and Millwork for residential and commercial clients. The iPad is my favorite tool to communicate design ideas. Looking forward to learning with this group!
