I have always dreamed of being featured in the App Store by creating clean apps, paying attention to ratings, but nothing happened. Before I know how to do it ! How does it work? It's quite simple, but it doesn't work every time. Here's what you need to know: - You must fill out the form http://appstore.com/promote (Some information about your app, and more details about you, your ambitions...) Save your answers for future submissions. - It is a local editorial team that analyzes requests, so have more chance to be featured in your country/region. - There are probably few places for small apps but it doesn't cost anything to try, Apple prefers to promote top growth apps. It is advisable to do so 1 or 2 weeks or more before your update to give the editorial team time to organize themselves. Here, if you have other advice, leave a comment, or share your featuring ! 😎

My first sale after 20 days on the Appstore! So for every 50 Downloads I can expect a sale. Now need to focus on bringing in more downloads. :)

I've noticed, while researching keywords, that some apps have special characters at the end of the name. For example: Calculator‘, Calculator#, Calculator°. What's the reasoning behind this? I'm guessing it has to do something with ASO, but can't figure out what. These are not some old forgotten apps, most of them are updated on regular basis. It's definitely not a typo, those developer accounts look like they know what they're doing so there must be some catch. Are those characters used to make the app stand out from the other apps that have the same name?
