Full homework for this one (with a question)
Equestrians buy the CLARITY on how to progress into higher level. Not much info out there about it, most is general low level stuff that is not systemised. I struggle to make a clear statement due to the process involving another living being, a horse. Some I came up with: 1a. "Cut years off the trial and error, failed shows, going back down to low showjumping levels again, and skipping a bunch of vet bills". 1b. "Proven, systemised progress to high-levels of showjumping riding and horsemanship guaranteed in the first week already". 2. Characteristics (some that I came up with): - They currently have a sound horse they ride and want to improve with. - They are not diva of their own success. - They are ready and open to learn. - They ONLY think at a much higher level than most others out there. - They are a true horse person, want the quality and longevity with their horse rather than quantity. 3. Steps: - Self-discovery and self-analysis questions.Overview of current situation. - Familiarise with my system. Rate them according to my system and set goal with a plan. - Go to work and learn from the mastermind type of community and weekly training. - Assess periodically on the overview questionnaire again to see progress. Question: An ISO cannot have any 1-1 interaction as the name says, right? Unsure how to make it happen in my case because the current market is very much working on 1-1 training of the rider and horse, especially if I want to make it as a HT offer⦠But in this model case its no longer infinitely scalable if I add my own 1-1 interaction to it? @Josh Forti #Step 3: ReThinking Your Offer & How You Do It
