POST FMD... what shifted?
I'm coming to the conclusion that FMD is THE PRIMAL SEASONAL HABIT. 🤩🤣🤠🤩🤣🤠🤩🤣🤠🤩🤣🤠🤩🤣🤠🤩🤣🤠 Which is wonderful... because you don't need to buy anything! And is challenging... because FMD is challenging. 🤩🤣🤠 Why is FMD is THE PRIMAL SEASONAL HABIT? (IMHO) - The body/mind digests what it wants to digest - You don't need anything or to be anywhere special - Hunger goes away the more you do it - You reset your taste buds - You learn grace. - You drop buckets of ama and inflammation if you have it. - Post FMD you should crave building clean tissue. - The ego flares...so you can see what it's doing a mile away. What's your take? (Only respond if you did the FMD recently so it's fresh in your experience. And if you didn't do yours yet... that's why we go to Jan. 24! 🤩🤣🤠

Dropped 6.4kgs which is about 14 lbs Cravings of all kinds have dissolved. Got down to 550 calories twice still felt very full. I've been hungry my whole life and that's gone now. This is astounding to me. Urine Basti (thank you Cate for recommendation) having a great effect on mind and nervous system. Deep purification of emotional psychological ama / samskaras; when I’m lying down doing basti I can literally feel all kinds of letting go. this releasing deepens in meditation, breathing, walking and daydreaming. In bed at night can feel my body doing it's cleaning and burning work. I'm not frightened of that feeling now; the agency of my agni. Through the 16 days had spontaneous memories from 20 30 40 50 55 years ago: inner and outer guidance I did and didn’t heed I’m amazed how forgiving consciousness/ existence is when I look back. One thing that threads through repeated blunders is where I Rushed. I feel a desire to move deeper into crawling and hanging. Being close to Mother, then hanging suspended in akasha and moving between the two. I do feel more anchored, quiet and grateful. Big release of triggers that tether me to negative binding cycles. Fasting is showing me the anatomy & history of incarcerating tendencies and how I can pivot and choose the level of consciousness with which I attune and vibrate. A whole new vista of longing/desire has opened up. Feeling reluctant to emerge yet as it does feel so new. Want to get beyond ‘wow’ & stabilise alignment so I can take more full & conscious responsibility for my existence. So I'm going to continue with FMD because it only seems to be doing good. Thank you community, Mentors and Cate. You mean the world to me. Thank you.

FMD weight loss but constipation
Day 5 FMD I am a volume eater so I started on 1100 and have been reducing daily. Yesterday was 660 and today will be 550. Have been keeping a great balance of fats protein greens and have amazingly I’ve lost 3.4kg. Dipping into Sauerkraut through the day to feed microbiome. Big reveal is that I’m not one bit hungry. Which is huge. I’ve been digesting a lot of unprocessed pockets of emotional psychological ama trapped in my being. Feels like being in a paint shaker or like a jack hammer is thudding in my cells. So have needed to take time during these school holidays for private time for digesting, meditating, gentle movement weeping snd lots of body breath work. Mostly that’s been in early am or in afternoon quiet time. But one thing is stuck and it feels significant. Though I’m sipping spiced water and eating loads of roughage, I’m really constipated. I did a triphala enema yesterday morning which helped but needing some more help. Any ideas? .

@Brenda Green this s sounds spot on. I fell off my deck in early December and seriously tore ankle ligaments. But healing has picked up since fmd and walking without crutches. I have yearned yo dance. Will go ahead with those inner conversations you recommend and writing too. Hydration is good but will dive deeper in inner dialogue with microbiome about what it needs.
