@Sherrie Aulds Good luck Sherrie and Ricky achieving your goals! For your question I personally like greek yogurt with fruits or as a dip with vegetables, light cheese and turkey, edamame and protein shakes/bars. I also tried to fit cottage cheese into my diet and I tolerated it (it wasn’t great but also not bad!)
