Today's breakfast
I had seen somewhere about combination of eggs and cottage cheese for scrambled eggs. Decided to try it today. Had 2 eggs, 1/4 cup cottage cheese made into scrambled eggs. The rest of my plate 1/2 cucumber, coffee with 1/4 cup lactose free milk, 2 tbl college peptides, cinnamon. All together 30 grams protein

Any tips on getting the cinnamon to dissolve in the coffee, do you stir it into your cup once brewed or put it in the grounds and brew it

My mindset is tasty vegetables, my husband is a very picky eater and I've allowed that to limited what I eat. My plan is to try new vegetables in tasty ways for myself at lunch who knows maybe he will try a bite and like them 😀
Carrot cake smoothie
Had the carrot smoothie today with protein powder also added a cup of spinach leaves. Will make it again
