NPS Tracking Sheet
Two weeks ago I was informed by a new hire the way I was tracking NPS was wrong (this is why you hire employees who are smarter than you 🤣) I put together this free Google sheet you can copy to track NPS in your agency the right way https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Fei_bpFYLXJPWXj-Bzodjk-FWO9V3RPnHPFG4uvEJXE/edit?usp=sharing For anyone reading this confused by what NPS means it stand for Net Promoter Score. Very simply a number that tells you how likely your clients are to recommend you to someone else. On a regular basis you ask your clients how likely they are to recommend you to other people on a scale of 1-10. I thought all you had to do is collect an average of the responses - this is wrong NPS is actually a spectrum between -100 and +100. The process is the same - you ask your clients on a regular basis how likely they are to recommend you to other people on a scale of 1-10 The key difference is the way you deal with responses Anything from 1-6 is counted as -1 (detractor) Anything from 7-8 is counted as 0 (neutral) Anything from 9-10 is counted as +1 (promoter) From there to calculate your NPS you do % promoters - % of detractors The Google sheet does it for you automatically 👍 Hope this helps!

**PLS HELP - Lead Mgmt Questions
Hi All - Need some opinions. New to the game, been helping a friend in Health & Beauty niche generate leads. Shes been great..super helpful. Created some fb ads with a fb lead form. The goal is to get consultation bookings for treatments through our landing page. Problem: After 1week we had 70 people filled out the fb lead form w their name, email, phone number but we are not generating any bookings. The booking is a fully refundable $19 deposit. The ad details has the landing page (booking page) link and the fb lead form sends you to the page at the end. >50% people are going to the landing page. What we’re doing w leads now: When somebody fills out the lead form - We add the lead into the crm, send our client notifications w the lead details. - Automation sends the lead a sms and an email. We have follow up emails a few days later. We have had ZERO response with any follow up methods. My client doesn't want to call the leads herself, I dont have time to do it for her. Question: Does anybody have any tips or advice to get atleast one booking? Maybe its the copy but people are filling out the lead form. TLDR; What follow up method do people see highest results in booking leads from fb lead forms w name, email, phone info provided.

It seems your creative on the ad is working, if I understand you correctly. Is the landing page Copy Purposely to sell them the consultation call? If yes, then it might not be doing it work simply because the copy needs some work. Same thing with your followup message. You definitely need to work on that (I have some free time next week, you can drop the link to the landing page and follow up messages, I can tweak it for you, for free though) Talking about follow up. What I see work the best is calling your leads immediately after they fill in the form, and the booking happens there, if you want though, the immediate call after they fill in the form could be the consultation call, you can then ask them what is it about your ad that made them fill in your for and from there she can go on with the consultation. They are hot at the time. Email follow up imo should be done if they didn't pick up the call. Or if they didn't show up to the call.

Nice @Vache Venturi 4 years now. Time flies. Seems like yesterday. It could have been five years, but I spent a little over a year contemplating whether or not this is the right thing for me. Imagine if I did not start 4 years ago, I probably could have been at the same position. Seems like you have two YouTube channel?
