I am playing with the idea of using AI to help take meeting notes, especially for virtual meetings, and am looking for suggestions or ideas. Which programs have you used, and what are the pros and cons? Thank you in advance.

A few weeks ago I posted this about virtual meeting assistants: https://www.skool.com/ria-os/virtual-meeting-assistants?p=09fa0024 I've since looked at and/or tried several options, all of which offer different features and benefits. Just a few days ago, Zoom rolled out their AI Assistant: https://explore.zoom.us/en/ai-assistant/?creative=672941391962&keyword=zoom%20ai%20assistant&matchtype=e&network=g&device=c&zcid=13679 And while I sometime have meetings on MS Teams, 80% of my online meetings are on Zoom. So for now, I'm using Zoom + the AI Assistant to record, transcribe, and summarize my meetings. A couple of days in, and it's working well. I'm not getting some of the other AI-assisted features like highlighting moments in the meeting or analytics about talk time, but this is a "good enough" solution for me at this time. Hi all, I love how much discussion there is around advisor tech in this group since that is an area where the RIA I work for is woefully behind! What I'm wondering now is what kind of due diligence (for compliance purposes) do you perform initially for new technology tools? Seems like the SEC is targeting vendor due diligence next, so we are trying to stay ahead of the curve and beef up our protocols.
