UNLOCK the secrets of the language of emotion
That's right, with a little bit of neuroscience you can start learning to speak womanese. Fixing your IG and copying those damn examples is actually is based in science. The first key is to understand the logic of emotion, and how to speak this logic directly to the limbic system. THINK: Why do girls LOVE 50 shades of grey, as opposed to non-contextual porn? Why are girls so sensitive to HOW you say things rather than simply what you say... Women have a very powerful limbic system to put it in layman's terms. And for a good reason, that's how they ensured the survival of our species. #yingandyang https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sIGNV8e1050&t=7s

Got 5000 tinder matches - ask anything
Started a Tinder profile this year, got 5000 matches so far (not paying the app). I thank 50% of it to the "fix your ig" crash course here. Before, I had just 1 match a day, at best. Now, not only the number of matches increased, but the quality of girls increased a lot. The numbers are nice, but in practical terms that's 1-2 dates a week. Not more because you can't manage, and it's too personal to be automated/delegated. It's been sustainable, but not scalable as doing photoshoots or events. Also, it doesn't improve your life as networking does. So, ideally, you're going on dates just for fun, not as the main asset on "time investment" terms. Ask anything you wanna know about profile, texting, and logistics Update: Decided to pay Gold to test it out Those 99+ likes were actually 1600 likes lol. Liked everyone back just to funnel girls to IG. (it's @brenogpc btw)

@Breno S This is an epic thread - very helpful and needs to be constantly updated as part of our curriculum here.
Building Upon Other List Building Best Practices
Shoutout to @Breno S and @Kyle Mullaney for their detailed list-building approaches. @Breno S had a guide on building a host list of 2k people in 30 minutes. @Kyle Mullaney shared a guide on how we identify, prospects, and trim down his list. My challenge was prospecting rabbit hole-worthy accounts without losing track of where I was in the list (IG refresh), then having to start over and view accounts in that follower list that I already prospected. @Breno S The process below may be the exact process you use, but I just couldn't connect the dots until I attempted your directions as best as possible. Decided to put a video to what your steps seemed to be. Here is the Google Drive Link to a short screen recording of how I manually scrape the follower list (no scraper necessary) in the way that Breno taught, then using a Google script that ChatGPT created for me to organize the lists in Google Sheets. I then go through the list and do the following (not shown in the recording, but can be found in Kyle Mullaney's guide): 1. Delete any accounts not worth having on a list, 2. Marking an X next to IG rabbit-hole-worthy accounts 3. Leave models/women I want to keep on the list If you are interested in the Google Script I use to organize my list, let me know and I can share it with whoever wants it. Lastly - if you have a more efficient way without potentially getting into trouble with IG, and are open to sharing it, please do! FYI - I am using my account as an example to execute the above. Also, depending on when you look at this, the video link is still processing/downloading within Google drive so give it some time.

The first Date
So yesterday I went on a date, and it's been almost years since I took someone out for dinner with someone but more surprisingly it even happened even though I still have a lot to improve on myself I'm hopeful we get to know each a bit more and had some a little bit of deep convocations she even was a little concerned of my red pill post on social media it's something she has notice and I told her the truth and was more accepting of what I said in my opinion. But I treated it like any other day, with no tricks or flirty gimmicks like the PUA coaches tell you to do... Well except for one that I've been wanting to use when it's time to pay for the dinner while she's in the restroom and pay without her watching you pay for the dinner and when she comes out and asks you did you pay? the only thing I said "don't worry about its handled" while smiling and maintain eye contact throughout enter date at first, I just wanted a gym female bro treat them, all the same, make them talk about themselves but in the end, I went on a date with a female that is out my league and me a 278lbs that still has a gut and love handles and in which I'm still going to the gym to lose the weight but all in all the night ended pretty good to which it made me feel good about myself. And that's my win for today.

Don't worry about it - it's handled is definitely a strong frame. I'm going to use this in the future - thanks for your post.
Instagram Captions
Any particular, simple rules we should follow when it comes to captions? I write quite a bit and always find I come up with rhyme schemes that are usually somewhat thought provoking that I feel might be good captions. Should we keep captions simple? Song lyrics? Questions? I’m not particularly known as a poet in my community mostly because I’ve always kept it to myself, but then again i ask myself if I should start leveraging that skill set to create a sense of uniqueness on my page/grid. Thoughts?

Humor and sarcasm are also your friends in captions. The point is to provoke thoughts and/or feelings in your target audience that outlive your posts.
