Introduction and Question
Hey, I'm Marius. I've been on a carnivore diet for the last 5 months and it helped me physically and mentally. Way less inflammation, more physical energy and less brain fog, lost fat, gained muscle 8 lbs Btw, I am in High School, so I noticed better memory and focus. Now, I am thinking of trying raw meat and raw eggs... Has anyone eaten those? Heard that it works anabolically and increases Testosterone. Also, I am 16. But as I've said, it was very beneficial to eat animal-based, no cons.
