To call doctor and get a medical certificate to stay at home…the way most of the people around me are behaving 😎…just not to care about anything.

@Pamela Wagner not exactly…if you are responsible for other people it is not about the shame. In my environment is the unhealthy rush to get a doctor certificate for every 2 to 4 weeks for months or years letting other people to do their own and one or two additional jobs for those who do not care about no one beside themselves.

Me as well…beside drinking everything else…depending on the stress level…first eating what I not supposed and no exercise…later angry…and then finally letting it out on other people…here my perception of a stressful situation becomes overwhelming and fight modus set in…after that a deep resignation set in including an inner and outer withdrawal from everything (burnout stage). 😎

@Pamela Wagner no Pam…it is not about times of the day…it’s about frustration, stress, tiredness…it could happens in the morning (after bad sleep), during the day or at evening.

So Many Studies Tell Us That Physical Exercise Is Important
...and helps reduce all kinds of stress levels. So, why, do you think - isn't everybody prioritizing it yet?

Why It's So Much Easier To Be Afraid Than Excited
Research has shown that anything negative hits us at least 7x harder than anything positive. Whatever your brain focuses on is what you'll think about and how you experience the world. Here are 3 ways to counter that / turn it around: - Become very conscious of what you consume and when. Starting early in the day by consuming the news may not be the best premise to feel better. - Don’t just think positive words, visualize positive experiences to prime your brain. - Negative news travels much faster than positive news - simply because of how vigilant our brain is. Next time you hear or read something negative, try to come up with at least 7 positive news.

Well, if I consume bad news or hard experiences during the day I watch kittens videos of YouTube 😂🙈 sorry for this confession but I do it deliberately as animals babies pictures or videos release oxytocin (scientifically proven) 🤷‍♀️
