Thank you for this beautiful lesson. When I was about to delete the background image on my phone, which says, 'The place of God is with me. I am safe,' I could not bring myself to change it. So, it is still the background I see first when I open my phone. These few but very energy-filled words change my entire energy system in the blink of an eye. They fill my body with peace, and I sense my breathing slowing down, and my nervous system relaxing. Peace of mind is what we all need ❤️
