Great session, everyone! I'm currently working on building an AI fundraiser for a client in the NGO space, and this session has been incredibly helpful. Right now, I'm defining everything in the system prompt. I'll apply the insights from this session and share my learnings along the way!

@Kristen Corrigan Interesting question! I also shared cold calling and appointment setting voice bots with my realtor friend, but she wasn’t responding positively. I think it can be a good product for tech-savvy and early adopter realtors, but I haven’t met any such agent yet. The second lesson was to work with a group of realtors, not a single realtor. Now I’m not chasing them. I think bots are good for people who have pressure from customers, like e-commerce, call centers for SaaS, healthcare providers, and airline services. I’m still exploring this. Looking forward to seeing what other people find out about it
