@Daniel Nicoara Usually credit card exchange is best, just get n26 or revolut and you only pay the exchange rate not anything additional. If merchant does the exchange for you, most likely you will pay more than the 1.6%. The need for the exchange doesnt go away just because it will look like Euro for you.

Grüezi I'm curious to hear what you have to say about this track as it took me in a different direction (than previous tracks). I like the vibe - quite hypnotic and I like the "horizontal progression" of the track. https://app.sessionstudio.com/studio/play/fWfbhh0uDnR I appreciate any comments! Feedback request: I'd be grateful for your feedback on my recent track. Your expertise is truly valued. I'm more than happy to provide feedback in return, as I truly value open communication and the opportunity to learn from each other. Looking forward to exchanging insights! Additionally, I'd appreciate any guidance for my future productions as I strive to push boundaries and resonate with you. Thank you for your time. From Zurich with Love, Beat

Great track honestly. The mix is genius. Every element is so clean & crisp. Couple of things you could try (fairly subjective, so just try what also makes sense to you :) - The intro is quite long, maybe you could even make two longer breaks - The panning is wild! I enjoyed it, but I could imagine that it is a little too much. But I guess that also depends what you are aiming for - The vocals are cool. And you are using them as a rhytmic / percussive element. But you already have so many percussive elements. So maybe try to use the vocals as a pad? Maybe long sustained phrases with a trancegate (too give it a little rhyhtm) and then some cool reverb on it? Then I think you could fill the empty space with some nice harmony Hope that helps!

I hope you're well. I'm curious to hear what you have to say about this track. It was created in a short space of time and I had a lot of fun producing it. From my point of view, this track has something "toolish" about it and, in my opinion, can be integrated very well into a wide variety of DJ sets. What do you think - a) put more love (whatever?) into it or b) well - next track please! :-) https://app.sessionstudio.com/studio/play/SSFXGPL0CvD Feedback request: I'd be grateful for your feedback on my recent track. @Beat Ottiger Thanks mate appreciate the kind words! The trade of between simpliity and keeping it interesting is also the hardest for me. If you wanna listen to two of my recent track sketches :) https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/oq04jznrj4m1h7zhaivxc/24-01-24-wirklich-endspurt-idea-v5-make-gritty-more-crazy.wav?rlkey=uu4rg5dqw43fdyzq3ainxkc00&dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/l0ghg7z1cp0t03q9y03cs/24-01-25-parallel-universe-idea-v1-sketch.wav?rlkey=n80g44g7u4fcb0d4gf2lx386o&dl=0

@Beat Ottiger Thanks a lot! :) Yeah I definitely will continue developing these two ideas further I am quite convinced that I can make good tracks out of them. True the LFO Synth is definitely in the way of things. I have to think about how to solve. But giving the rolling bassline a break sounds like a good idea I will try!
ChatGPT for Music Production Advice?
A few weeks ago, I trained a GPT model to become the perfect "Techno producing mentor". That means you can ask it any question related to music production (no matter how detailed) and get a goal-oriented response. (This one is specially trained in electronic music). Here is an example of a recent conversation with the AI I trained: Me: how can I make my track arrangement more interesting to the listener, especially when entering the main drop section? AI: Creating an engaging arrangement, particularly around the main drop section, is key to keeping your listeners interested. Here are some tips to enhance your arrangement and make the transition into the drop more impactful: 1. Build Tension Before the Drop: Use risers, snare rolls, and other building elements to create a sense of anticipation. Automating parameters like filters, pitch, or reverb can also help in building tension. 2. Create Contrast: Make sure there's a distinct contrast between the build-up and the drop. This can be achieved through dynamics, frequency content, and rhythm. For example, you might have a thinner texture in the build-up leading to a full, bass-heavy drop. 3. Use Silence Strategically: A brief moment of silence or a significant reduction in elements just before the drop can make the impact much stronger. 4. Play with Expectations: Sometimes delaying the drop by a bar or adding an unexpected element right before it can catch the listener off guard, making the drop more effective. 5. Change Up the Drum Pattern: If you're using a typical four-to-the-floor beat in the build-up, try switching to a different rhythm or adding new percussive elements in the drop. 6. Add New Elements: Introducing a new lead sound, vocal chop, or any distinctive sound at the drop can refresh the listener's interest. 7. Automate Effects: Right before the drop, you could automate a high-pass filter to gradually remove the low end, then bring it back in full force at the drop. 8. Foreshadow Elements of the Drop: In the section leading up to the drop, subtly introduce elements that will be prominent in the drop. This can create a sense of cohesion. 9. Vary Your Arrangement Techniques: Don’t always follow the same formula for every track. Experiment with different arrangement techniques to keep things interesting. 10. Utilize Breakdowns and Bridges: Before the main drop, a breakdown or bridge can provide a change in energy and mood, setting up the drop effectively.

What dataset did you use for training? What would be cool if I can give it an ableton project, point out a problematic area and then ask how to enhance it. GPT4 I think understands images, so projects could be rendered to some image representation.
Track feedback
Hey guys, havent been active in a while but havent been sleeping (at least partly), and wanted to run a track sketch through you guys. I find this sample on splice which sounds basic af and kinda generic / clyche but I feel like it does its job. What do you think and do you have some ideas to make the vocal more unique maybe? The other question would be, do I have enough material for an arrangement? All other feedback welcome as well of course, thanks! https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/6f56dfpanbidhs2idh0t1/23-11-10-raus-idea-v2-bigger-sketch.wav?rlkey=rabn4bai96mwf7yldqb2czd8r&dl=0

@Beat Ottiger Thank you so much! Really appreciate that you gave it another listen. Will do some final polishing, then I actually could imagine sending a demo to a couple of labels. Grettings from Munich :)
