Tips for a better approach
Hey, I would like to improve my approach before hitting. Does anyone have tips that helped them to be more confident about the footwork while approaching to hit? My coach told me to do the 3steps like Am-ster-dam but unfortunately I am always jumping into the last two steps. I would appreciate some advice

I would recommend you try to think of your 2 last steps as more of a fall. So you can get lower to the floor

Introduction
Hi! I'm a Danish player, almost 18 years old, I'm currently playing center but I'm hoping I can play opposite next season, I'm 6,4 with an ok vertical, but I hope I can improve it, especially over the summer
