Interpersonal Skills: One aspect of my professional background that I am particularly proud of is my ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders, which fosters a collaborative and positive work environment. In my recent role, I had the opportunity to work closely with the Product Owner during a critical application migration to a new platform. This project required meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of the requirements to ensure all aspects were included in the test plan. Despite facing tight deadlines, I successfully collaborated with the Product Owner to capture and implement all requirements into the test plan, ensuring comprehensive coverage. Throughout this migration project, I held regular meetings with the Product Owner and the testing team to align on priorities, address any emerging issues, and adjust our strategies as needed. This open line of communication not only ensured that we stayed on track but also fostered a sense of collaboration and mutual respect among the team. By developing a robust test strategy and leveraging our collective expertise, we were able to deliver the project on time without compromising on quality. What values do I have as a person that make me a great fit for PM roles? Collaboration: Collaboration has been a fundamental aspect of my professional journey, serving as a cornerstone in every project I undertake. In my previous role, I was tasked with validating a mobile application for IoT devices, a task that required meticulous attention to detail and alignment with diverse stakeholder interests. As both a Test Lead and associate Product Owner, I recognized the importance of fostering collaboration across departments and teams to achieve our shared goals. Throughout the project, I worked closely with various stakeholders, including project management and cross-functional teams, to ensure that our testing efforts were aligned with business requirements and stakeholder feedback. This collaborative approach allowed us to optimize workflows, streamline processes, and effectively coordinate bug fixes to ensure seamless product delivery.
