Need an AI Assistant
I’m starting work for a nonprofit and will not have much staff. I would like to use ChatGPT or Claude as an assistant. I will need help with taking board minutes, creating summaries and sending drafts to the board, scheduling meetings, writing a newsletter and sending it out, blog posts, website content. Is anyone else using AI like this? And how are you doing it? I know Zapier will likely be a part of the equation …

I’m leaning in the direction of using Otter.ai to record the meeting and uploading the transcript to Claude for crunching into minutes, executive summary, and action items. It feels Like it may work. They can also give me an API key to use with Zapier for other automated tasks … in theory at least!
