The platform offers tailored coaching practice and actionable feedback aimed at fostering continuous improvement in your skills. This tool is in its infancy, and I need your help in determining what it will become. I also know AI conjures as much controversy as politics. So let's discuss AI too--the good, bad, and ugly. This solution was born from my pain of suffering from Imposter Syndrome when when I became a new people manager for the first time a “while” ago, and then again when I studied two coaching programs where my primary practice options were other coaching students--but that kind of felt like the blind leading the blind.
